For the past nine years, Matt Francies has served as the assistant principal of Indian Hills Elementary School, and on Wednesday, the Christian County Public School System announced that he will be the school’s next principal.
Francies’ appointment comes after Principal Sara Johnson was selected to serve as the school system’s director of elementary instruction. Francies has worked in education for 18 years, starting as a health and physical education teacher in Memphis, Tennessee.
