Things to know for Spring Into Summer Festival: Brett Young concert, parachuters, carnival rides

OAK GROVE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Oak Grove is preparing to host their 19th Annual Spring Into Summer Festival, where the community is invited to attend a free weekend of fun with carnival rides, a concert, and entertainment at the War Memorial Walking Trail on May 23-24. Hosted by Oak Grove Tourism, this award-winning festival attracts hundreds of people every year.

Country music singer Brett Young will be headlining the festival with a free concert, taking the Viceroy Stage on May 23 at 7 p.m. Gates will open at 3 p.m. to allow people to claim a spot on the green space with lawn chairs or blankets. Young is known for chart-topping hits such as “In Case You Didn’t Know,” “Mercy,” and “Lady.”

Other activities at the festival include around a dozen carnival rides, balloons, a bubble zone, vendors, trampoline performers, food and more entertainment. No tickets are required for entry to the festival or concert, parking is free and all rides are free…
