CLEARWATER, Fla. — A downtown Clearwater business owner said several major construction projects are making it harder for customers to find parking.
Crews are working on multiple projects downtown, including the new Ballad Hotel, a 400-unit apartment complex and the Osceola parking garage, which is expected to add nearly 400 parking spaces. The garage will also include 12,000 square feet of retail space.
