LARGO, Fla. (WFLA) — A Largo man is suing Publix for the wrongful death of his wife, alleging she fell ill after eating frozen blueberries that were later recalled over potential contamination with E. coli bacteria.
Richard Mullins filed the lawsuit against Publix Supermarkets and Quirch Foods, a South Florida-based food distributor, in Pinellas County Court last week.
