CLEVELAND, Ohio — Saturday may look like a great day to be near Lake Erie, but forecasters are warning that conditions along the shoreline could be dangerous for swimmers and small boaters.
A beach hazards statement will be in effect from late Friday night through Saturday for the entire Ohio lakeshore, with waves of 3 to 5 feet possible, according to the National Weather Service in Cleveland.
