NAVARRE, Ohio — A bicyclist died Tuesday after failing to yield to a red light and colliding with a commercial truck in Stark County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The death was one day after a cyclist was killed in a crash involving a Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority bus.
Veronica Gabriel Winland, 24, of Navarre, was riding a white Ozark Trail electric bicycle westbound on Wooster Street when she failed to yield at a red traffic signal and entered the intersection at Main Street (U.S. Route 62) around 10:05 a.m., according to highway patrol.
Winland struck a cargo trailer being towed by a 2015 Freightliner commercial truck operated by Abdikadir Ahmed Osman, 44, of Columbus, who was traveling southbound on Main Street, authorities said…
