CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Two girls who went missing from their Toledo foster home Thursday, were found safe several hours later in Cleveland.
Toledo police and the U.S. Marshals SPEAR Unit (Specialized Personnel for Enforcement, Apprehension, and Recovery) worked together to find the children.
