CLEVELAND, Ohio – Construction should begin later this year on the last of seven massive storage tunnels designed to keep untreated sewage from spilling into Lake Erie and its tributaries.
The Big Creek Tunnel will extend a little more than four miles – mostly beneath Memphis Avenue – and pass through Brooklyn, Linndale and parts of Cleveland.
