CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Cleveland man who killed a 17-year-old girl to keep her quiet about a bank robbery was attacked in a private prison by members of a street gang looking to exact revenge, according to a lawsuit.
Kiechaun Newell accused officials at the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center of twice letting members of the Heartless Felons street gang into his cell block.
