K&K Portage Market ownership changes hands, stays in the family

CLEVELAND, Ohio – K&K Portage Market is changing ownership, but the staple on the city’s west side is staying in the family.

Jerry Kolar told cleveland.com he and his brother Rick sold the business to Jerry’s sons, Jason and Erik. The transaction, which makes the sons fourth-generation owners, took place officially in February, said Jerry, adding the transition has been seamless.
