CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Two mixed-use developments in the city — Nobility Court and the rebuild of the Marquee at Cedar Lee — could be nearing completion by year’s end, if not sooner.
In a City Council update on Monday (May 4), Planning and Development director Eric Zamft said the Marquee is about 70% complete and could be done by November or December.
