Former, current Cleveland police officers plead not guilty in alleged fraud case

CLEVELAND — Four current officers and three former employees with the Cleveland Division of Police appeared in court on Friday for an arraignment hearing.

The hearing came after they were indicted by a Cuyahoga County grand jury in connection with an alleged Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) fraud scheme.
