Porter Road reopens in North Olmsted after police investigate ‘unknown liquids/substances’ inside home

CLEVELAND — North Olmsted police briefly shut down a stretch of Porter Road Tuesday to investigate “unknown liquids/substances” inside a recently purchased home.
