CLEVELAND, Ohio — Northeast Ohio’s early taste of summer will come with a stormy finish Tuesday, as another hot and humid day gives way to a risk for severe thunderstorms by evening.
The Storm Prediction Center has placed all of Northeast Ohio under a Level 2 of 5 “slight risk” for severe weather Tuesday. Damaging wind gusts and heavy rain are the main concern, though isolated quarter-size hail and a brief tornado cannot be ruled out.
A few showers will be possible earlier Tuesday, but the stronger storms are expected to hold off until later in the day…
