CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 38-year-old woman was arrested following a pursuit with Lakewood Police that ended in Cleveland early Thursday morning.
According to Lakewood Police, at around 1:41 a.m., an officer tried to pull over a car without its headlights on, leaving the Walgreens on Detroit Avenue.
