CLEVELAND — Marcelo Fadul Neves, a former Cleveland restaurant owner, was sentenced to prison Wednesday after pleading guilty to charges connected to the misuse of more than $800,000 in federal COVID-19 relief funds.
Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge Andrew Santoli sentenced the 60-year-old Neves to four to six years in prison.
