(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A Colorado Springs community member has been working to fight food insecurity for more than two decades. John Casto was nationally recognized earlier this month for his work giving back to those in need.
“I just love giving back and teaching others how to do this type of work,” said Casto, the area general manager for food service company Sodexo and a certified executive chef through the American Culinary Federation.
