MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Just days after bonding out of jail for an alleged confrontation with deputies, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office says a local man is back behind bars and facing new charges.
This time, suspect Garrett Duffy is accused of impersonating a law enforcement officer.
