An elderly woman from Colorado turned herself in, reportedly revealing that she had kept the remains of her dead boyfriend at her home and admitted to doing “bad things.”
The accused showed up before police with her daughter
62-year-old Sheldon “Shelly” Wilson was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, tampering with a deceased human body and tampering with physical evidence after she came to the Police Operations Center on Saturday, September 19, with her daughter.
Arrest documents revealed the daughter brought her mom to the police station to report the death of Wilson’s boyfriend, who, by Wilson’s account, died in March 2026, in the 4000 block of Tappan Drive in Colorado Springs, Colorado, per KKTV.
The woman additionally told the investigators that her boyfriend passed away while she was out at work and warned officers that “there’s no words for what you’re fixing to find out.”
Police said they reported Wilson abusing the man 18 times before
