‘I thought I was going to die’: Victim in Columbia-area gas station fire speaks out

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – A woman is speaking out for the first time since being injured in a Columbia-area gas station fire.

Olivia Rembert Finch recalled the terrifying moments she was caught in a fiery crash at a Spinx gas station on May 17. She had just come from church and stopped to get gas at her favorite spot.

“Since I’ve been driving, I’ve always watched my surroundings when I’m at a gas station. Before I was about to get back in my car, I heard a loud tire screech,” Finch said…
