A new housing development, Parklane Place, is planned in northeast Richland County, adding to a growing list of housing projects planned for the area in 2026.
The new townhome community will be located on Parklane Road near The Brook Church and close to Farrow Road. Developer Haven Homes expects around 100 lots to be built after receiving the necessary approvals, according to sales representative Tyler Web.
It isn’t the first project that’s been planned for the area in 2026. Just north of the planned community, near the intersection of Farrow Road and Clemson Road, Killian Woods Development is planning to build a similar “townhome-style rental unit community.”…
