One person was killed Sunday afternoon when a car crashed into a tree, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The single-vehicle collision happened at about 4:45 p.m. in Anderson County, Lance Cpl. Brittany Glover said Monday in a news release.
A 1999 Nissan Maxima was driving south on Abbeville Highway, according to Glover. Near the intersection with Middleton Road the car ran off the left side of Abbeville Highway and crashed into a tree, Glover said…
