Richland County precinct nears full-day primary turnout by mid-afternoon

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — Primary day is almost in the books in the Midlands, with voters spending the day heading to the polls to make their voices heard across Richland County.

At Dreher High School, one of several polling locations in the county, voters came through steadily throughout the day with little to no wait time.
