COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The Woodcreek Bridge Replacement Project is continuing to move forward in Columbia’s Woodcreek Farms neighborhood.
The closure of the bridge has forced residents into lengthy detours since last October, when the city closed it after a state inspection found it unsafe.
