Attorney General seeks to unseal records tied to Murdaugh jury investigations

(WPDE) — South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson is asking a court to unseal documents related to juror inquiries from Alex Murdaugh’s original murder trial.

Wilson’s office announced Monday that it filed a motion seeking the release of the original trial transcript and related investigative materials that led Judge Clifton Newman to dismiss a juror for violating the court’s orders.
