A growing ice cream known for creative flavors and delivery has circled an opening date for a Columbia location.
The Scoop N Scootery, which has shops in a number of states, will open a location at 2414 Devine St. on Oct. 23, according to a recent post on Instagram. The shop will be near the intersection of Devine and Queen streets, less than a half-mile east of the popular Five Points district.
