KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A man who placed screws and nails along Kershaw County roads will have to pay back 41 victims who drove along them.
From July 30, 2025, through Jan. 25, 2026, the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office received dozens of reports of screws and nails placed along Watts Hill Road and Donna Drive in Elgin.
