COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The Lexington/Richland Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council (LRADAC) hosted a Mother’s Day celebration honoring mothers who delivered healthy, substance-free babies through its Maternal Outreach Management Services program.
The MOMS program supports pregnant and postpartum women with recovery services, mental health care, prenatal education, and trained doulas.
