MUSCOGEE COUNTY, Ga. ( WRBL ) – MCSO announced the successful apprehension of a wanted fugitive being sought out by both sheriff’s office and CPD on multiple warrants including violent crimes and drug possession.
MCSO says initially Moore attempted flee but after a short on foot chase, authorities took him into custody:
Moore had the following warrants with MCSO and CPD:
- Felony aggravated assault (CPD)
- Felony violation of probation (MCSO)
- Felony possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime (CPD)
- Felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (CPD)
- Felony burglary (CPD)
- Felony bench warrant for possession of Methamphetamine with intent to distribute (MCSO)
- Possession of Marijuana (MCSO)
- Driving while license suspended (MCSO)
- No State Tag (MCSO)
- Two counts of felony criminal damage to property (CPD)
- Three counts of battery (FV) (CPD)
- Battery with physical harm (CPD)
- Two counts of third-degree cruelty to children (CPD)
- Two counts of criminal trespass (CPD)
