MCSO arrests wanted fugitive being sought out on 10+ warrants

MUSCOGEE COUNTY, Ga. ( WRBL ) – MCSO announced the successful apprehension of a wanted fugitive being sought out by both sheriff’s office and CPD on multiple warrants including violent crimes and drug possession.

MCSO says initially Moore attempted flee but after a short on foot chase, authorities took him into custody:

Moore had the following warrants with MCSO and CPD:

  • Felony aggravated assault (CPD)
  • Felony violation of probation (MCSO)
  • Felony possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime (CPD)
  • Felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (CPD)
  • Felony burglary (CPD)
  • Felony bench warrant for possession of Methamphetamine with intent to distribute (MCSO)
  • Possession of Marijuana (MCSO)
  • Driving while license suspended (MCSO)
  • No State Tag (MCSO)
  • Two counts of felony criminal damage to property (CPD)
  • Three counts of battery (FV) (CPD)
  • Battery with physical harm (CPD)
  • Two counts of third-degree cruelty to children (CPD)
  • Two counts of criminal trespass (CPD)
