COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — After decades of delivering news — and plenty of laughs — to Central Ohio viewers, longtime ABC 6 anchor Terri Sullivan signed off for the final time Tuesday, leaving behind a career that stretched from hard news to the “edgy” energy that helped define the station’s weekday noon show.
After moving to Columbus from New York in 1990, Terri quickly became a familiar presence across multiple dayparts at ABC 6 before taking over the midday slot.
Over the years, Terri also became known for practical, “On Your Side”-style reporting, offering advice and tips on a range of topics. As meteorologist and noon co-conspirator Phil Kelly put it, “Terri has been a champion of ‘On Your Side’ before that was even our thing.”…
