At 133 days, JFS strike may be longest public sector work stoppage ever in Ohio

The ongoing Lorain County Job and Family Services strike is now believed to be the longest strike by a public sector union in Ohio history.

It has lasted 133 total days. Excluding weekends and holidays, that’s 93 weekday work days as of Wednesday.
