COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A Columbus man who faced a judge this week in the death of his girlfriend had a history of domestic violence.
One week ago, Tiffany Creech died from blunt force trauma after Columbus police received a 911 call at 12:30 a.m. Saturday. Officers arrived to the 900 block of North Fourth Street and found Creech unresponsive, as well as a juvenile who was hurt and taken to a hospital.
Michael Johnson, who had contacted authorities, was arrested at the scene and charged with murder. Police said he was seen in the residence holding a “long object” but soon exited the home without anything in his hands. See the latest headlines from NBC4 in the video player above.…
