WHEELING, W.Va (WDTV) – A man from Ohio has been sentenced to federal prison after the Marshall County Drug Task Force found that he was transporting methamphetamine to Wetzel County, West Virginia.
According to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Kyle Thomas Bryan, 33, of Warren, Ohio was sentenced to 10 years in prison for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of meth.
In January of 2025, the Marshall County Drug Task Force acted on a tip from a confidential informant about an alleged drug delivery involving Bryan, who was reported to be travelling from Ohio to deliver a large quantity of meth to Wetzel County.
