A man is charged with with felony assault after reportedly attacking his girlfriend in a co-habited tent, according to court documents.
According to a statement of probable cause, Michael A. Magyar physically assaulted his live-in girlfriend inside of their tent on July 4th. She was able to get away from Magyar and exit.
