COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A Columbus man who has been criminally indicted 11 times in Franklin County has now pleaded guilty to federal firearm charges.
According to federal prosecutors, Antonio Triplett, on the day his jury trial was to begin, entered a plea of guilty for illegally possessing a firearm as a previously convicted felon.
Triplett, known as “Trip”, was accused of threatening a woman in Columbus on July 12, 2025. Officers responded to a 911 call from a Stewart Avenue residence in the Karns Park area of Columbus.
