Unified opposition is arising from central Ohio in public meetings on the State Department of Transportation’s preferred connection between U.S. 23 and I-71 that would finally create unimpeded highway travel between Toledo and Columbus.
Blade Columbus Bureau Chief Danny Eldredge detailed the proposed route from I-71 across portions of Delaware, Morrow, and Marion counties to connect with U.S. 23.
