Grand jury indicts driver in I-270 crash that killed 45-year-old woman

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A Franklin County grand jury indicted a woman accused of driving while under a suspended license, leading to a deadly crash on Interstate 270 last week.

Jaricah Wright was indicted on the following charges:

  • Two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide — each with a specification of three or more prior OVI convictions
  • Two counts of aggravated vehicular assault
  • Two counts of OVI (operating a vehicle impaired)
  • One count of failure to stop after an accident
  • One count of leaving the scene of an accident involving a public road/highway

She was previously just charged with aggravated vehicular homicide.
