COLUMBUS, Ohio — Cameras with the Ohio Department of Transportation captured the moment a car carrier traveling on Interstate 71 South crashed into a median, sending one of the vehicles into the northbound lanes on Wednesday.
The crash happened at 1:36 p.m. in the southbound lanes of I-71 between East 17th Avenue and East Hudson Street in Columbus.
