Central Ohio home sales soar in Franklin and Delaware counties for April

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Franklin County’s most expensive home sale in April reached $3.2 million, and Delaware County’s top deal came in at $1.795 million, reflecting strong demand across both luxury markets.

In Franklin County, every property in the top five sales exceeded $2.5 million. Leading the list was a 1926 Bexley residence at 140 N. Parkview Ave., which sold for $3.2 million on April 1. New Albany dominated the high-end market with two of the top-five transactions, including a $2.8 million sale on Edge of Woods and a $2.56 million deal at Wiveliscombe. Upper Arlington and Westerville also made the list, with homes selling for $2.7 million and just over $2.5 million, respectively.

Delaware County also saw a solid month for high-end sales, with multiple communities represented. The top sale was a Westerville property on Fancher Road at $1.795 million, followed by a $1.675 million home in Galena.
