COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus City Attorney Zach Klein’s property action team filed a lawsuit against landlords of north side properties who allegedly ignored fire code violations.
The properties at the center of the lawsuit are 2200 Walford Ln. and 2160-2180 Fitzroy Drive near the Morse Road and Cleveland Avenue intersection.
Klein said the owners failed to fix severe fire code violations issued by the Columbus Division of Fire in April and implement a temporary fire watch while essential systems get back online…
