Starfish Hospitality Group, a collection of restaurants, coastal catering and an elevated concession concept based in Orange County, announced that Starfish Scottsdale, the first location outside of California, will open on Tuesday, May 5 in McCormick Ranch (8390 E. Vía de Ventura). Prior to the grand opening, limited reservations will be available from May 1 through 4.

“Since deciding to expand into Arizona, we’ve been working extremely hard behind-the-scenes to bring Starfish to life in Scottsdale,” said Gretchen McConnell, co-owner. “We’re thrilled to finally announce our opening and invite the community to experience our dedication to freshness, quality, ambiance and service firsthand.
