CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Bojangles is bringing its first Coastal Bend location to Corpus Christi, with the restaurant expected to open in spring 2027 and create between 50 and 75 jobs.
Franchise owner Terrence Thames said the Corpus Christi restaurant will be his sixth Bojangles location. Known for its Southern-style menu, Bojangles serves hand-breaded chicken, made-from-scratch biscuits and breakfast all day.
“It’s a Southern flavor mix,” Thames said. “Our chicken tenders are hand breaded every day, fresh, handmade. Our biscuits are made every 20 minutes by hand.”…
