CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A jury has been seated in the murder trial of Oscar Uribe, one of two men accused in the 2020 killing of 21-year-old Benjamin Resendez.
Testimony is set to begin Tuesday at 9 a.m. in the Nueces County Courthouse before 117th District Court Judge Susan Barclay.
