HALL COUNTY, Ga. — Suspended Hall County Sheriff Gerald Couch is expected to return to the office tomorrow, his office told 11Alive on Monday.
Sheriff Couch was suspended in March following a DUI arrest. Gov. Brian Kemp extended the suspension for 30 days on May 15, after a second non-DUI, driving-related arrest that his attorney argued was due to “incomprehensible” instructions he was given.
