JOHNS CREEK, Ga. — A new, cavernous pedestrian tunnel is more than simply a safe access point to Johns Creek’s The Boardwalk, city officials said.
The 124-foot-long, 42-foot-wide passage does indeed link to one of the city’s most important community gathering and recreation spaces, but the tunnel could also be used as a venue for events, said Brian O’Connor, public works director.
