Demond Hardy, 23, was arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated assault involving the discharge of a firearm into an occupied building, house, or vehicle, a first-degree felony.
The shooting occurred around 1:02 a.m. in the 2900 block of Elm Street. Investigators determined that three individuals were shot during the incident. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported all three victims to a local hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.…
