DALLAS A 23-year-old man faces multiple felony charges following an overnight shooting in Deep Ellum that left three people injured, Dallas police said Sunday.

Demond Hardy, 23, was arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated assault involving the discharge of a firearm into an occupied building, house, or vehicle, a first-degree felony.

The shooting occurred around 1:02 a.m. in the 2900 block of Elm Street. Investigators determined that three individuals were shot during the incident. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported all three victims to a local hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.
