DALLAS (KDAF) — First responders will receive a discount on walk-up admission to John Wayne: An American Experience throughout September as the Wayne family honors emergency personnel.
With identification, police, firefighters, paramedics and emergency medical personnel will receive $5 off walk-up admission. Wayne developed an appreciation for emergency personnel across his five-decade acting career, which included starring as an oil field firefighter in the 1968 film “Hellfighters.”
