DALLAS, TX (KDAF) – Maman, a French-inspired café, has opened its second Dallas location in the Lakewood neighborhood. This expansion follows the success of its Park Cities debut, bringing its signature charm and community-focused hospitality to East Dallas.
The new café is located at 6465 E. Mockingbird Lane, #316, within Lakewood’s Hillside Village. Spanning 4,620 square feet, the all-day establishment can accommodate 116 guests and features an enclosed patio, serving as a neighborhood gathering spot for coffee, lunch and afternoon meetups. Its operating hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends, with the kitchen closing daily at 4 p.m.
Co-founder Elisa Marshall, who helped bring maman’s South of France provincial aesthetic to life with co-founder Benjamin Sormonte, expressed enthusiasm for the new venture. “We’re so excited to continue growing in Dallas with our second location in Lakewood,” Marshall said. “The neighborhood has such a strong sense of community, which aligns beautifully with what we aim to create at maman — spaces where people can gather, connect and celebrate everyday moments.”…
