DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A former Miami Twp. Lieutenant has entered a guilty plea to one of the charges he’s facing after allegedly strangulating a woman earlier in March of 2026.
Per court records, Jason Lee Etter pleaded guilty to Menacing by Stalking, a fourth-degree felony.
