The Butler Township couple accused of taking in more than $11 million in investment dollars from victims in an alleged Ponzi scheme, now know when they will face trial.
The two-week jury trial for Wayne and Susan Essex, owners of Essex and Associates, will begin Oct. 5, 2026.
